Pre Sale Questions

To log into your account, do the following:

(1) Click on the three bar icon to the top right of the screen. (2) Click Sign In or Create an Account. (3) Enter your email address and password. (4) Click View Order Status.

We accept PayPal,Visa Card,Master Card JCB. We do not accept cash, personal checks, C.O.Ds or traveler’s checks.

Your information will not be accessible under any circumstances to any unauthorized third parties. We take your privacy very seriously.

What information does we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

Like many websites, we use cookies to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the Do we use'cookies? section below for information about cookies and how we use them.

An order confirmation email is sent within 1 business day of placing your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add support@Vacatime.com.co to your safe senders list. Once your order ships, you will also receive a shipment notification.

Your order will always be shipped within 48 hours of ordering. Orders that are placed during the weekend will ship out on Monday. Arrival times are based on time of departure. To confirm, you’ll receive an email when your order ships. If you don’t receive your order in the time specified.Don’t hesitate email our support team and we’ll help you out.

At Vacatime, quality is implicit. From materials of construction to specifications and processes on how we design and manufacture, we are committed to providing the highest quality products. 

Vacatime products: 1 year warranty against defects (straps, zippers, etc), but not normal wear and tear.

Disclaimer: Vacatime does not offer an unconditional guarantee for the product's life. While we use the best materials and manufacturing standards available, this does not guarantee that products are indestructible. Therefore, we do not guarantee damaged products due to abuse or mishandling. Also, we do not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as loss or damage to the contents carried in one of our products. Importantly, we do not guarantee against wear and tear from a product's misuse over 90 days.

Product Questions

RFID stands for radio frequency identification. RFID chips are typically put into credit cards, passports, enhanced driver’s licenses and global cards to hold personal information like your name, credit card number, passport numbers, address, and date of birth. RFID chips make payment faster, and help to identify you more efficiently.

 For example, by transmitting information quicker, international borders can get people through more quickly. The trouble is, while this technology can be used to make things better, it can be used negatively too. 

A common example is identity or credit card fraud. Hackers can use individual scanners that they own, out in public, to steal information straight from your pocket without you even knowing.

The product images shown have the most accurate color possible. Differences in computer monitors may result in color variations between the actual product and your computer monitor. 

Please be advised that in some cases variations in leather grain or texture may also occur due to the nature of full-grain leather. We do our best to provide you with the most accurate images, but please be advised that some variation in color & leather texture may exist.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return any product. We guarantee that if there is any quality problems or unsatisfactory for our products within 30 days, you will be refund without preconditions.

All customs, duties, taxes, and any other charges are the customer's responsibility and cannot be refunded.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days or if the item(s) are soiled or worn.

If you’ve made an error in purchasing, don’t hesitate to ask our team for advice. The earlier we catch things, the more chance we have of reducing unnecessary shipping, which is kinder to the environment. Even better, choose as carefully as you can before hitting that confirmation button of joy.
